Carved Prime Rib With Creamy Horseradish Au Jus and Blackened King Salmon

Our Carved Prime Rib and Blackened King Salmon offer a grand dining experience. Served with a classic Caesar salad, Yukon butter mashed potatoes, and garden vegetables, these entrées are a testament to culinary excellence. You can also opt for a carving attendant to add a touch of sophistication to your event for larger gatherings (minimum 20 persons).

All of our menus include disposable service ware, serving utensils, and chafing dishes. Prices do not include sales tax or service charges. For larger events, service staff is included to maintain the buffet. Budd Bay Cafe is fully licensed to provide alcoholic beverages to your event. We can also provide experienced servers for formal service.
